On this episode of The Hockey Think Tank Podcast, we talk with NCAA coaching legend George Gwozdecky. "Coach Gwoz" led the University of Denver to 2 National Championships in the early 2000's...and currently ranks number 11 in all-time Division One coaching wins. Coach tells some great stories about the recruiting trail, including when he recruited current Carolina Hurricanes head coach, Rod Brind'Amour. Coach also is the only person in history to do the following: Win a national championship as a player (Wisconsin)...Assistant Coach (Michigan State)...Head Coach (Denver)...and coach in the Stanley Cup finals (Tampa Bay Lightning). Coach's stories, wisdom, and advice were phenomenal and we again learned a ton! Thanks again for tuning in to the podcast!
